Sport and eating
You can do these sports: yoga, aerobics, jogging. You will have a healthy body. When you keep fit and a healthy diet, you will be as fit as a fiddle.
Yoga is about 5000 years old. Yoga perhaps arose in India. In yoga people also search relief and solution of daily problems.

This is for maintenance of your health.
For relaxation of your backbone, stimulation of brain, keeps optimum body weight.
Another possibility of moving is aerobics and gymnastics. In majority of Czech
schools is possibility to do both. They are good for keeping fit.

You can also run. There are many kinds of running: orientation run, marathon,
recreational run etc.

Why?
If you want to keep your health unspoilt, you must drink regularly from 2 to 3 litres of water, tea or mineral water a day. You mustn‘t
drinking alcohol.
I will tell you in this screen some other information concerning moving and
drinking.
You mustn‘t overestimate.
About meI‘m 15 years old. I live in Brno. I do bicycle polo and I want to become a fire fighter.That is why I go to Young Fire Fighters Club. I go to 9.B at Kaminky 5 Primary School. My next school will be SZS Jaselská (I hope). This is a nursing high school.
