Appraisee logs into the ePMS portal and completes the goal setting, online.
Enters domain ID, Password and select FY 17-18
Initiate Goal setting by clicking on “Create”

Choose measurement of the goal from drop down, Enter Target %, Start and End date of the Goal and its put its weightage
Start entering Goals for 17-18

Save the Goal and then Submit

If the goals are “Saved’, then one may Edit it later

Once the Appraisee completes the goal setting and “submits”, the Action Status
changes into “View”

In case of Matrix reporting, Matrix Manager logs into the ePMS portal to review, Edit and endorses Appraisee’ s 17-18 goals, online.
Matrix Manager can Edit / Change Appraisee’ s Goal(s)
Incase if the Appraisee has non-matrix structure, the Immediate Manager shall complete the Goal settingProcess as per discussion with the employee
Incase of Matrix Structure, the Matrix Manager and Immediate Manager shall complete the assessment inconsultation with the employee as per the below process

Post changes Matrix Manager need to “Add” to Save the changes

During Self Assessment, employee logs-into theePMS portal and start the self assessmentagainst the set goals for the year.
He assess himself on the Set goals (max 120marks) & Behavioral competencies (based onhis grade) and identify the Training Needs.
He then submits the Self assessment.
Incase if the Appraisee has non-matrix reportingstructure, the process flows into his ImmediateManager and then to Assessor (Manager’sManager)
If the Appraisee has Matrix Reporting structure,the process flow into his Matrix Manager andImmediate Manager, as shown in subsequentslides

Once the Appraisee completes his Self assessment and submits, the Matrix Manager Logs-Into the ePMS portal
MM clicks on “Review” to viewand endorse the selfassessment.
He can give his remarks / inputin the “Remark” column.
He then “Accept” theAssessment form

Once the MM “Accepts” the Self assessment of the Appraisee, the status changes into “View” mode and the Process flows into Immediate Manager of the employee

The IM of the Appraisee Logs-into the ePMS portal and clicks on“Review” to start the AppraisalProcess.
He reviews the Self Assessmentscore given by the employeeand puts his assessment score,as per the discussion with MMand Appraisee

He also gives input on IdentifiedTraining needs for the Appraiseeand puts his overall remarks inthe remark field

Once the Immediate Managersubmits the Assessment, it goesback to Matrix Manager for hisagreement
The Matrix Manager Reviewsthe Assessment by IM and if inagreement, clicks on “Agree”and submits.
This process continues, till the time both MM and IM comes to mutual agreement online.Incase if the loop continues more than twice, communication shall also be triggered to BU HR for intervention to resolve the issue.
The Process will move to Immediate Manager’s Manager (Assessor) for further Review

The Assessor Logs into theePMS portal and startsreviewing the Assessment givenby Appraisee and Appraiser.
He then, based on his discussionwith Appraiser, gives his marksagainst each target andcompetency parameters
He then “Accepts” theassessment which then goes toCalibration and Moderation
