7 Saving/Deleting Data
Your game progress will be savedautomatically whenever "Saving" isdisplayed at the upper left of theupper screen. For example, savingwill occur when you shop or whenyou exit a stage.To save and quit the game, go tothe Pause Menu (p. 12), andchoose "Save and Quit" while youare in the castle town.
To delete your game data, you mustdelete the entire application.To do so, please follow the stepsbelow:

Initially, the following facilities areavailable. As you progress in thegame, more facilities will becomeavailable.
The stage wheeldetermines whichstage (p. 10) you'llgo to on your hot-air balloon ride.
♦ The hot-air balloon deflates afteryou use it. You can have anotherride after a certain period of timepasses, or you can use PokéDiamonds to ride again rightaway.
♦ When the number of befriendedPokémon is equal to or greaterthan the upper limit of Pokémonyou can befriend, you canchallenge the king's request, butyou cannot ride a hot-air balloonto go to a stage. In that case,you'll need to say good-bye tosome of your befriended Pokémon(p. 9) to reduce the number toless than the upper limit.

See the titles you can get formeeting various game conditions.Once you achieve a title, your Miicharacter can display it bypressing .

♦ To change messages, select "EditMessages".

Stage Name
To proceed through each stage, youcontrol a Toy Pokémon and moveforward while fighting against wildToy Pokémon. The direction youshould take is indicated by a greenarrow.
When the HP gauge of a wild ToyPokémon reaches zero, thePokémon is defeated, and you canpick u (p. 8) it dropped.Sometimes you can befriend thePokémon.
The combo number goes up as youdefeat more Pokémon in a row.

If you have activated StreetPass forthis game and you pass by anotherplayer who has done the same,you'll automatically exchange infoabout each other's Mii character.The other player's Mii character willvisit your castle town and otherspots, and your Mii character willvisit the other player's castle townand so on.
You can activate StreetPass whenyou progress in the game to acertain point.To deactivate or reactivateStreetPass, go to the Pause Menu(p. 12), and touch "Options","Communication Settings", and then"StreetPass".

15 SpotPass
While the system is in Sleep Mode,even when the software is notrunning, the SpotPass feature willperiodically connect to the internet(if available). If you receive data viaSpotPass, the Mii characters offaraway friends will visit your castletown and other spots, as well as letyour Mii travel to other players.
♦ Data received via SpotPass issaved to the SD card, so makesure you always have an SD cardinserted into your system.
You can activate SpotPass when youprogress in the game to a certainpoint.To deactivate or reactivateSpotPass, go to the Pause Menu(p. 12) and touch "Options","Communication Settings", and then"SpotPass".

16 Calling Someone Online
Connect to the internet, and youcan invite Mii characters of farawayplayers to visit your castle town andother spots, as well as let your Miitravel to other players.
♦ For information about connectingyour Nintendo 3DS system to theinternet, refer to the OperationsManual.
Select "Visitors" (p. 9) in the TouchMenu, and then touch "CallSomeone Online".The first time you connect each day,you can select "Invite someone forfree". To invite other Mii charactersmore than once on the same day,you need Play Coins.
♦ You can collect Play Coins bywalking around with yourNintendo 3DS system while thesystem is powered on.
