I was born in a small city
somewhere in eastern Romania at
the end of 1980’s.
Most of my childhood days I spent with my
grandparents, reading tons of books which
eventually lead to my affection for stories.
1990’s
In my early teens I
felt suppressed by my
small town, physically
I was there, but in my
mind I was already
exploring the world.
I traveled to
Iasi when I
decided to apply
to an Journalism
Faculty
My Faculty and Master degree
were a mixture of journalism,
public relations, and brand
management, completed by an
Erasmus scholarship at Sakarya
University, Turkey.
2006-2012
Experiencing for the past
three years the chemical
formula between communication
and non-formal education.
My globetrotter pack
contains 3 strong
concepts: communication,
not-for-profit, and non-
formal education.
I’ve tested their 100%
compatibility as project
designer and trainer into
a pilot project: “NGOs
Communication Camp”
dedicated to the European
non-profit organizations.
My main focus is helping
not-for-profit leaders to
increase the impact of
their projects, build
their brand reputation,
transform the volunteers
into brand ambassadors.

2012
Sail the Sustainable Way!
(Newsletter Sample)
If you are passionate about sailing, love
water and want to save the Earth, join
our common cause The Sailing for
Sustainability Project. We need every
voice we can to have our message heard.
The Sailing for Sustainability is an
European-wide Global Education program
activity focusing on the topic of
Sustainability. We decided to take a new
approach on sustainable lifestyle, by
sailing around the Baltic Sea, for 4
weeks, starting the 18 of June in Gdynia,
Poland until the 15th of July when we
reach Turku in Finland.
For us sailing the way to show we care!
We care for what is happening to our
planet and we want to promote a new
lifestyle, a sustainable lifestyle. This
is why we are sailing, old style, no
energy consumption, no CO2 emissions on
Lovis, our ship. The overall aims of the
project are to raise awareness about the
concept of Sustainability and to teach
you about Sustainable Lifestyle,
Renewable Energy or Alternative Economy
from our 4 tutors.
If you recognize yourself, we need you
part of our 25 members crew sailing for
one week in the Baltics. We promise to
share a cause knowledge, enthusiasm and
joy of life!
The project "Work in
Progress" wants to establish
a platform for discussion

will touch six different
countries in which
participants from twelve
countries will have the
opportunity to debate,
elaborate, interact and
share opinions and ideas
about the current labour
market from different point
of views.
The aim is to encourage
actions and awareness at a
local and European level
about the topics of the
project, in order to make
people more conscious about
their opportunities and role
in the civil society in
Europe, especially under the
light of European strategy
