Portfolio of Anne Steeves
I am currently enrolled in an Experimental Design Making class at the Minneapolis College of Art
and Design. Through projects in and out of class we have explored new materials for mark-making
and photography; misused old tools; invented our own techniques; and created a lot of stuff.
The class is designed for those with or without design experience and focuses more on iterating
new approaches to making art through experimentation and play.
The following series originate from projects throughout the semester.
Project 1 Our first assignment was to take 60 pictures in 60 minutes using our camera phone with no filters to create images we have never seen before.
