XWA Walk-In AlarmOperators can be certain that the temperature inside their walk-in stays in the safe zone by indicating either a high or low temperature condition with a visual alarm and pulsing buzzer. An open door alarm keeps the cold inside where it belongs. A set of alarm contacts is included for outboard signaling. The light management system will automatically turn the lights ON when you open the door and the “AUTO-OFF” feature shuts off the light after an adjustable time delay. Optional 9Vdc battery back up will allow for visual alarms for up to 96 hours.

Anti-Sweat ControllerThe XH55P measures temperature and Humidity and calculates Dew Point. The unit then turns on and off glass door heaters to eliminate condensation on the glass. The internal 16A relay can manage between 6 and 10 doors depending on amperage draw. The units has 3 LED indicators; ON / TX / Alarm, has one Digital Input, voltage free open / closed circuit that can initiate Energy Saver Mode (i.e. turn off when the cooler is in defrost).The adjustment knob offset is a + /- 6°F Dew Point Set Point adjustment to run the control on the “Dew Point Edge”, saving energy costs and offers seasonal adjustment. SI/O Probe Monitoring ModulesXJP60D is an acquisition module that can read up to 6 analogue inputs and 3 inputs at 230Vac (110Vac or 24Vac opt.). By means of the serial output RS485, they can be connected to the XJ500 or a ModBUS-RTU compatible monitoring system. Modules XJP, DIN RAIL format, are without display and are programmable by means of a programming keyboard KB1 PRG. The analogue inputs can be PTC, NTC 4÷20mA or 0÷10V; when the inputs are PTC or NTC the choice can be made by a parameter.It is also possible to program them with with a programming "Hot Key" and to connect them to a display device calle XJP REP which shows the main temperature and input status.

XC Condensing Unit ControllerThe Dixell XC10 & 30CX Controls replace old mechanical pressure switches that are inaccurate, difficult and time consuming to set up.The XC Controls can directly control a compressor and up to 2 fans (XC30CX model).It is possible to control the pressure values of the suction and discharging lines by using a new low cost ratio-metric pressure sensor input. With the addition of a fixed pressure switch you can shut down (and save) the compressor on high pressure alarm conditions. The XC30CX will also control up to two condenser fans, rotating them for equal run times. A service menu records information on starts, run times, manual starts, and alarms.

MGS Gas Leak DetectorThe MGS is either a stand alone leak detector which utilizes a range of sensor types to detect most gases or as part of a remote monitoring system. The MGS detects most gases using a variety of sensor technologies: Semiconductor, Electrochemical or Infrared, depending on the type of gas monitoring required. The MGS continuously determines the gas level present in an area, room, zone, air space or airflow. A Universal gas detection solution interfaces with the XWEB using the XJP60D or any controller, BMS or SCADA system through selectable analogue outputs: 0-5V,1-5V, 0-10V, 2-10V or 4-20mA. A Relay Output rated at 1A SPDT is included along with an internal buzzer.

iStat/ProThe HVAC system can represent up to 25% of an operators utility costs. The thermostat is the key component to save on heating or cooling system costs. The requirements are: First it must look good on the wall, be very easy to use and meet all the needs of the user and the equipment it is controlling. Second it must be able to adapt to all the different control variations required (single or multi stage heat/cool systems, single or multiple fan speed + Heat Pump and emergency heat applications. Initially the operator has to be able to “lock-out” local control in favor of remote control, while maintaining comfort and eliminate energy wasting adjustments.
The installer is able to configure the iStat/Pro to control Heat pump systems, (with auxiliary or emergency heating if necessary) gas/oil heating systems with add on cooling, plus control high and low balance points (using external sensors as well as the number of heating and cooling stages needing precise control. It can even adapt to manage the number of fan speeds it can control. The operator can choose The iStat/Pro to be in programmable or manual mode with single or multiple set points. By networking multiple iStat/Pro's with our XWEB Internet Monitoring and Control System, the iStat/Pro can be remotely Monitored and Controlled keeping HVAC costs under control.
