post of Officer Scale-II, Officer Scale-I and Office Assistants
(Multipurpose). They have to attend for verification of their documents
and credentials on the date mentioned against their roll number and
name. They have to attend for verification of documents at the
following address at 9.30 AM:

While attending for verification of their documents and credentials, the
candidates have to bring Indemnity Bond of Rs 100/- duly filled as
per format, NOC from present employer if applicable, caste
certificate, medical certificate (all in originals) and other
formats/documents which are appended to the model Offer of
Appointment letter sent through mail..
The Hard copy of Offer of Appointment letter will be delivered to
respective candidates on the date of verification at Head Office,
Bellary. Hence, candidates are requested to attended for verification
along with model of offer of appointment letter and all the documents
as enclosed hereunder:

have been provisionally selected for an appointment in our Bank for the post
of Officer Middle/Junior Management Grade Scale-I/II
(Manager/Assistant Manager). Accordingly, we are issuing this offer of
appointment.
Further, please note that this Offer of Appointment is subject to the terms and
conditions given below. If agreeable, please report at our Head Office,
Pragathi Krishna Gramin Bank, 32, Sanganakal Road, Gandhinagar, Bellary-
583103 on the date mentioned against our name uploaded in the Website
for verification of your credentials etc., before an Appointment Order
could be issued. On being satisfied as to your Medical Fitness and the
authenticity of your documents like Certificates/Testimonials etc., we will
take you into this establishment, as per Appointment Order to be issued
separately.. Please however, note that if you do not report on the above
mentioned date, with all the credentials indicated hereinafter, it will be
construed that you are no longer interested in taking up the service in the
Bank. Consequently, this Offer of Appointment will lapse automatically at
the end of (AS PER LIST) and the Bank will not entertain any claim from
you to the service in the Bank thereafter or engage in any type of
correspondence.
In the event of issuing appointment order you are required to report at
the place of posting on 21.03.2014 without fail

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Service Conditions / Regulations applicable to you have been
defined / set-out in the Pragathi Krishna Gramin Bank (Officers and
Employees) Service Regulations 2013 and any amendments and
alterations thereof and additions thereto, from time to time.
2. You will be on probation for a period of two years from the date of your
reporting at the place of posting which is extendable upto a maximum
period not exceeding one year. Your service in the Bank will
automatically cease at the end of the Probationary period, unless, in the
mean time, you are informed by the Bank, in writing either that your
Probationary period is extended or that you are confirmed in the services
of the Bank. Further, your confirmation at the end of the Probationary
period (including extended probationary period/s, if any) will be subject
to, in the opinion of the Appointing Authority, satisfactory completion of
your Probation/satisfactory service during Probationary period,
otherwise, please note that your services are liable to be terminated by
one month notice or payment of one month’s emoluments in lieu thereof.
3. Further the Bank may also, at any time during the Probationary period
and at its sole discretion, terminate your services without assigning any
reason whatsoever with due notice of one month or payment of one
month’s emoluments in lieu of notice.
4. Your confirmation / continuance in the service of the Bank will be
subject to your character and antecedents being found satisfactory. In
case of adverse/unsatisfactory report, your services are liable to be
terminated without notice.
5. You are liable to be posted to any Branch / Office of the Bank and that you are further liable, during your services in the Bank, to be transferred to any branch / office of the Bank at the sole discretion of the Bank. You are also not eligible to apply for a transfer to any branch / office of the Bank for a period of 3 years from the date of joining the services of the Bank.
6. You will be compulsorily covered under Savings Linked Group
Insurance Scheme and Group (Term) Insurance Scheme existing in the
Bank.
7. During the period of probation, you are required to serve at 3 to 4
different branches/offices of the Bank at the frequency as decided by the
Bank to provide you better exposure and to acquaint yourself in various
aspects of banking.

8. You shall not leave or discontinue your services in the Bank, even
during Probationary period, without giving notice, in writing, to the
Chairman of the Bank, through proper channel, mentioning your
intention to leave or discontinue your services in the Bank. The
period of such notice required is one month during probation and
three months after confirmation or in lieu thereof, as compensation
to the Bank, you are liable to pay a sum equal to your pay (being
drawn at the time of such event) for the period of notice so required.
Further, in the event of your leaving or discontinuing your services
in the Bank, you are also liable to refund the pay or allowance or
both, drawn by you while on training and make good the training
expenses incurred by the Bank or the Sponsor Bank, for deputing
you to such training.
9. Further, you are required to execute an indemnity bond on jon-
judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- agreeing to pay the Bank a sum of
Rs 50,000/- (Rs Fifty thousand only) in the event of leaving services
of the Bank during the period of probation. This will be in addition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Service Conditions / Regulations applicable to you have been
defined / set-out in the Pragathi Krishna Gramin Bank (Officers and

Employees) Service Regulations 2013 and any amendments and
alterations thereof and additions thereto, from time to time.
2. You will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of your
reporting at the place of posting which is extendable upto a maximum
period not exceeding six months. Your service in the Bank will
automatically cease at the end of the Probationary period, unless, in the
mean time, you are informed by the Bank, in writing either that your
Probationary period is extended or that you are confirmed in the services
of the Bank. Further, your confirmation at the end of the Probationary
period (including extended probationary period/s, if any) will be subject
to, in the opinion of the Appointing Authority, satisfactory completion of
your Probation/satisfactory service during Probationary period,
otherwise, please note that your services are liable to be terminated by
one month notice or payment of one month’s emoluments in lieu thereof.
3. Further the Bank may also, at any time during the Probationary period
and at its sole discretion, terminate your services without assigning any
reason whatsoever with due notice of one month or payment of one
month’s emoluments in lieu of notice.
4. Your confirmation / continuance in the service of the Bank will be
subject to your character and antecedents being found satisfactory. In
case of adverse/unsatisfactory report, your services are liable to be
terminated without notice.
5. You are liable to be posted to any Branch / Office of the Bank and that you are further liable, during your services in the Bank, to be transferred to any branch / office of the Bank at the sole discretion of the Bank. You are also not eligible to apply for a transfer to any branch / office of the Bank for a period of 1 year from the date of joining the services of the Bank.
6. You will be compulsorily covered under Savings Linked Group
Insurance Scheme and Group (Term) Insurance Scheme existing in the
Bank.
7. During the period of probation, you are required to serve at 1 to 2
different branches/offices of the Bank at the frequency as decided by the
Bank to provide you better exposure and to acquaint yourself in various
aspects of banking.
8. You shall not leave or discontinue your services in the Bank, even
during Probationary period, without giving notice, in writing, to the
General Manager of the Bank, through proper channel, mentioning
your intention to leave or discontinue your services in the Bank. The
period of such notice required is one month during probation and
three months after confirmation or in lieu thereof, as compensation

to the Bank, you are liable to pay a sum equal to your pay (being
drawn at the time of such event) for the period of notice so required.
Your relief from the services of the Bank before completion of the
required notice period will be at the sole discretion of the bank
though you are willing to pay a sum equal to your pay for the notice
period. Further, in the event of your leaving or discontinuing your
services in the Bank, you are also liable to refund the pay or
allowance or both, drawn by you while on training and make good
the training expenses incurred by the Bank or the Sponsor Bank, for
deputing you to such training.
9. Further, you are required to execute an indemnity bond on jon-
judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- agreeing to pay the Bank a sum of
Rs 30,000/- (Rs Thirty thousand only) in the event of leaving services
of the Bank within a period of one year from the date of joining.
This will be in addition to the provisions of Staff Service Regulations
