– Sunday, Early Arrival Option• Check-In: 3:00-9:00 p.m.• Dinner and Social Activities
– Monday-Tuesday, required on-campus overnight• Check-In and Continental Breakfast: 7:00-7:45 a.m.• Welcome: 8:15 a.m.

Fees• Student Orientation
– No fees. Includes campus housing, meals, parking, and program costs.
• Parent/Family Orientation– No fees for two complimentary guests. Includes guest meals, parking,
and program costs.*– *Costs are incurred for additional guests (above the two complimentary)
and guest housing.
Travel• Car
– Complimentary day/overnight parking; 795 Columbus Avenue Parking Garage
– Place parking pass on your dashboard
• Taxi/Uber– Corner of Huntington Ave and Forsyth Street
• Airport/Train Station– Campus is accessible by the ‘T’ from the Green or Orange Lines– We recommend that students and guests book a flight departing
from Boston after 6:00 p.m.

On-Campus Guest AccommodationsWe offer on-campus guest housing in air conditioned, upper-class residence hall suites. This is an economical and convenient alternative to off-campus accommodations.
- Must pre-register; first-come, first-served basis- Sun-Mon: $65/person, Mon-Tues: $50/person- Families are placed together- Single attendees are placed with another single attendee, sharing a double-occupancy suite (a separate bedroom, but shared bathroom)
What to BringOn-campus accommodations include bed linens, pillow, and towels.
