1. Confirm win7 version, 32bit or 64bit

2. Open start menu, right click “Computer”

3. Select “Properties”

Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname


Type 10.1.1.201 in “Hostname or IP address”


Wait ….


1. Have Disk ….

2. Browse … (the folder you downloaded)


Browse to the folder you downloaded


Search “Canon iR 2200-3300 PCL ..” from the list, then “Next”


Type-in the printer name you want or just leave it …Done.


Right click the printer installed … Click “ Printer Properties”


In “Device Settings” tabClick “ Allow Password Setting”, Done.Check the connecting status in “Get Device Status”


For second printer, repeat the steps, but type 10.1.1.202 in “Hostname or IP address”
