Product/service model Infor.system (IS) is a product , because we will based
on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) - system ,where are the integration of all data and processes in a common, unified platform. IS system uses multiple components (software modules and / or hardware) to achieve the necessary integration of data.
Infor.system (IS) is a service model , because after insralation these platform we will support , update, upgrade new modules depending on customer needs, delivery of consulting services

There are three types of business processes:
Management processes, the processes that govern the operation of a system. Typical management processes include "Corporate Governance" and "Strategic Management".
Operational processes, processes that constitute the core business and create the primary value stream. Typical operational processes are Purchasing, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales.
Supporting processes, which support the core processes. Examples include Accounting, Recruitment, and Technical support.
Business:With implementation of the IS will have strong
business partnerships established at the regional level with all Private Sector enterprises.
For local business staff/personnel will host trainings and refresher courses (for work IS.)
Private sector will advertise and sponsor pilot projects with this System
Base on the IS, the Private sector will be able to organize itself regionally establishing e-business platform , where it will be able to advertise products, make them available (display them), receive e-payments, organize delivery, communicate with customer etc.
