OperaHonal constraints were significant: HmeforconducHngasurveyislimited, tensionsmaybehigh, somelocaHonshadtobele^outduetolackofaccess, etc. Many of the individuals staying overnight inhotelsaswellasunaccompaniedminorsmightnot have been reached. The methodologyaRempted to factor in these challenges asmuch as possible. These challengesmust beconsideredwhenreadingtheprofilingresults. 150
