EM Tags
Hard Tags are available in different shapes and sizes. They are so hard and secure in nature that it
is very hard to break the tag with bare hands.
Soft Tags are basically used in products which are where hard tags cannot be attached like
jewelries, watches, etc.
Customized Soft Tags are similar to software tags mentioned above the only difference is that
they are laminated for further reused

EAS Gate
There different size and shapes of EAS gates are available in the market. Many of gates can be
used for advertising purpose, count number of people visited the showroom, etc
DetacherDetacher are hard metal item which are fixed on the table behind the sales counter, whenever
any customer is purchasing the item, assistant on the sales team or detach the EM Hard Tag from
the garment, accessories, etc so that it can be easily taken out of the boutique, retail, etc.
How it works
Generally a retail shop have many types of items in it disposal keeping track of all the items is a
very tedious jobs and top of that providing security all these items are also very problematic
solution. Retail shop do not want to physically check each and every customer visiting to their

shop; this will not only consume precious time of the staff but also give a very bad impression to
the customers.
According to the requirement HCL suggests different EM Tags which can be attached to the these
items. Once these tags are attached to the items, company can easily track the security of the
product.

EAS Gate installed at the entrance/exit gate will automatically give alarm if any customer is trying
to steal the item from the shop / outlet, therefore it minimize the workload of the person
deputed at the gate, and give free flow
Any customer try to steal any of the items from the boutique will give alarm at the gate. The hard
EM tags attached to the clothes can only be removed with the help of a detacher.
Detachers are fixed at the sales counter, where an assistance or the casher himself can remove
the tags easily from the cloth with the help of a detacher.

Terms & Conditions:
Delivery: 6-8 weeks from the date of receipt of the PO and payment.
Taxes: The above prices are exclusive of all local taxes. The same will be charged extra as
applicable by HCL to (Client).
Warranty: There is a warranty on the solution purchased for one year from the date
purchased. Thereafter, the warranty will continue to get extended on an annual basis as
long as (Client) continues to renew the Annual Maintenance on an annual and timely basis
from the second year onwards.
Validity of Prices: These prices are valid for 30 days.
Force Majeure: HCL shall be under no liability whatsoever on the occurrence of any Force
Majeure event such as war, fire, arson, industrial action, orders of government or other
duly constituted authority, any natural calamities or Act of God, etc.
HCL and (Client) will come into a agreement to fulfil the scope and when ever there is
change in scope mutually will agree and the same in the agreement as and when it arises.
