This is with reference to your Request for Expression of Interest for consulting services which includes Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Hydroelectric projects of Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited ; we hereby would like to submit the

EOI for the said services, for which the company is qualified as per the requirement of the organization.

In connection with the Submission of EOI, we, the undersigned declare that:

A. We have carefully examined the EOI documents published by your company and have no reservations to any term and conditions of the

OI document.

B. We are capable to deploy at least147 international expert person-months and about 930 local expert person-months, implemented over 5

calendar months from the commencement date as per the requirement of the project.

C. We are not participating as in more than one EOI in this procurement process.

D. We are not ineligible to participate in the procurement proceedings; have no conflict of interest in the proposed procurement

proceedings and have not been punished for a profession or business related offense.

E. We are also not debarred or black listed by the World Bank and/or Asian Development to participate in the procurement proceedings.
