The PRT Department over the next few months is
actively working towards development of a Master
Plan for the future growth of the Richard Gray
Complex Park located behind City Hall. Our
beautiful complex is almost at its capacity but
opportunities to provide improved amenities that
will benefit our community are being reviewed.
Witmer*Jones*Keefer is spearheading the
Master Plan development of the complex. The
project kicked off on April 8th @ 5:30 at City Hall
with a presentation to the Recreation Advisory
Commission.
Expansion at the complex has it limits, however,
some improvements and needed enhancements
and additions will be the central focus based on
the community and partner needs assessment.
Witmer*Jones*Keefer will be scheduling the
community meetings with our community,
partners and stakeholders. Your valued input
will provide a guide map as to how we grow and
what we focus on in the future. For more infor-
mation, please contact the PRT Director for a list
of community meetings and how you can be a part
of this process! You can also help by completing
our survey. Just send an email to
