• Living in a Freer and Liberal world where TV/Tech/Communication is way more open and available
• Sexual scenes are now @the fingertips accessible which stimulates earlier and irresponsible first intimate relationships

1. Via a school computer
2. Via the parents devices

The Solution to Structural Access to SRHS is : • TECHNOLOGY + POWERFUL CONTENT + INNOVATIVE WAYS OF DELIVERING
IT THROUGH THE TECHNOLOGY
• An aligned approach across member states to discuss the content type and delivery approach
• Structural deployment and Training of adults/teachers around the youth to monitor and be the responsible party of feedback provided by the content interaction + attitude and behaviour of the kids at home/school

1. Use as much as possible Gamification for fostering access to SRHS content.
2. Virtual Reality will be interesting mean for the +17 years old
3. Pair (1)(2) with Deep Learning or Artificial Intelligence so that content will be tailored to the behaviour of the child and environment he/she lives in

When the first and second issues are dealt with; it is easy to organise communities that can interact with each other and play with each other and support each other emotionally either through technology or face to face.
