NTB CAPE TOWN TESTIMONIALNamibia Tourism Board, South Africa Office in Cape Town. Every year I look forward to receiving the new print. I have found this guide book to be so useful, that when I sit with travelers and work through the book, not only are they so appreciative, they can’t wait to use it. I watch their reactions and always feel the joy, they have. The book is detailed, and the maps and information help the traveler plan, and look for products, activities and information. Of-course having to cover a multi-approach for advertisers and information is always a hard balance, but I find that the advertising fits in so well that most of the readers are happy to look at various options. Even if they don’t book that particular venue, they want to know of other choices and to also enjoy the photographs too. When the travelers cannot carry the heavy Holiday & Travel booklet, I have show them the online electronic copy and they get so excited and want to download it and use it on their apps. Even if there is a group, the one will take the hard copy, but the others all want to use the electronic copy. We use the Holiday and Travel for both consumers and the travel trade. I pack them into Roadshow events and meetings or training sessions. I have highlighted to the trade, that they do not need a lot of books on their desks, but this Namibian one is the most important one they will need. And I see they also do hold on tight to these guide books, and treat them with love and respect. If I could give one out to every single traveler and travel trade worker, I would. But some-times I have to have restraint, to make sure I have enough to carry me through the year. It is with pride, that I hand out one to each staff member, and we each make sure we have one on hand, for easy reach.
