SPEAKING AT EVENTSNEW Criteria for MDs to speak at other chapter events
To BE a speaker:
• Must be a Managing Director a minimum of 12 months• Can speak two (2) times a year• If Executive Managing Director, can speak four (4) times a year (once per quarter)
•Must be consistently qualifying with four (4) new members a month•Must be consistently holding both an ANE and an SBI each month (meeting attendance requirements)
•If an MD steps down without following a transition plan approved by eWN, they cannot speak at eWN events
SPEAKING AT EVENTS
NEW Criteria for MDs to speak at other chapter events
To HAVE a Managing Director speaker:
• No more than two (2) MD speakers in a chapter per year. One (1) in the first half of the year and one (1) in the second half of the year. Minimum of five (5) months in between.
CHAPTER SPEAKER UPDATE
• Chapter speaker agreement launched in October. Updated 11/20/14 to allow agreements to be completed via computer and have e-signature.
• All speakers are to sign the agreement acknowledging the eWN Chapter Speaker Policy
• Agreements are emailed to [email protected]
• Jenn Simpson will ensure each event has a signed agreement in place prior to approving the event
