Under the Round Square Pillar RKK took up the service Pillar and endeavoured to bring a small
change by lending a helping hand to the needy and donating cash to the Child Line Donation
on the 1st of December 2017.

The students of Nursery and KG exhibited outstanding oratory skills as they recited beautiful
poetries on the 16th of December 2017 to celebrate Poetry Morning. The little rhetoricians full
of zeal left the audience overwhelmed with appreciation.
On the 19th of December 2017, RKK along with the Government of Rajasthan took up the social
cause of ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’. The District Collector of Jodhpur Division along with the
volunteer ‘Ambassadors’ took an oath to spread “Roshini”, a mission to educate and protect
the girl child.

RKK welcomed all the alumni’s once again on
the 23rd of December 2017 to celebrate the
Silver Jubilee year. The bonding reflected
through their words, as the batch mates
shared their experiences of being an RKKian
with the gathering.
Students of RKK, Desuri paid a friendly visit to Rajmata, Jodhpur on the 26th of December 2017.

exemplary artefacts made as a part of their
activity were highly appreciative.

A career counselling workshop was
held for the students of classes 10th
and 12th on the 27th of December
2017 by Mr. O S Choudhary, Dean of
Daly College Indore. The workshop
helped the students identify their
interest and exploit the best
possible opportunities available.
The Farewell Ceremony for the outgoing batch of 2017-18 was held on the 29th of December
2017. The students were conferred with different titles to honour and acknowledge their
achievements secured during their educational journey at RKK. The students of Class XI
enthralled the audience with their dances and songs. The Principal Ms. Neera Singh with her
words of profundity inspired all the students.

RKK celebrated its school’s international work with the British Council’s International School
Award. The ISA Head, the school Principal, Mrs Neera Singh and ISA Coordinator, Mrs Sapna
Gupta were awarded a Trophy on 13th December 2017, at The Lalit, in New Delhi for
presenting an unparalleled Dossier of International Dimension into their school curriculum.

Round Square Conference was held from 8th to 10th December 2017, at The Punjab Public
School, Nabha. Six delegates, Himakshi Parashar, Shreya Garg, Prashi Lodha, Ipshita Khichar,
and Niharika Pamnani, participated in the conference. The students were edified through
workshops and lectures which initiated learning by experience.

Mr Vyom Raisurana and Mrs Kunjan Kaith from AFS conducted an orientation programme on
21st December 2017, for the students of classes 8th and 10th. The AFS programme aimed to
initiate independent thinking and encourage the students to adopt a focused approach.
11 girls from Yadvindra Public School, Patiala visited RKK from 17th December to 20th
December 2017, under an Exchange Programme. The trips emphasis lay on cultural exchange,
in order to enlighten the youth about the rich cultural heritage of the country. The students
learnt about the Culture, Food, Folk Dances, People and Customs of Rajasthan, through their
visit to Osian, Arna Jharna, Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Palace.

Rajasthan State Games ( Talent Search) was
organised at Gaushala Maidan, Jodhpur in the
month of December 2017. The young athletes
of RKK displayed commendable talent in the
meet.
Poorvie Choudary secured 1st Positions in
100 m &Triple Jump.
Niharika Bhadu held 2nd Position in 100 m &
3rd Position in Triple Jump.
Hemantika Rajawat stood at 1st Position in
Javelin Throw.
Priyantika Rajawat bagged 2nd Position in Shot
put Throw.
