1.1 Laser engraving !utting s"ste# intro$u!tionLaser engraving cutting system through a computer numerical control machine tools to achieve
effective control, according to the user’s different requirements of the completion of processing
tasks。
The system including control board and control panel, and supporting software. This manual
describes how to use the software to complete the task of laser processing.( Motherboard wiring
and control panel operations, see the accompanying manual and control panel wiring board

Menu &ar:The main function of this software are available through the implementation of the
Menu $ar. "ecute the menu command is the most basic mode of operation. Menu $ar including4

$e noted that,the hori9ontal resolution and vertical resolution is changing with drag scaling.
【pply to view】:-urrent settings is only used for preview, without affecting to the original
bitmap, press button【-ancel】, bitmap will returned to the state of original image. Therefore,
only use for ad%ust effect. 7owever, this approach requires more time and memory 6pace.
【pply to source 】:-urrent sttings is use for orginal bitmap directly ,so even finally click
button【-ancel】,image will also unable to return to the original image. Therefore, it mainly used
in multi:step operation,and the current operation of this step is necessary to do, such as general
pictures must be transformed into grayscale. This can save the computing time of the follow:up
operation.

also be e"ported。8n this basic, to facilitate subsequent processing.

There are three method for dither processing4 Fet graphic、5ot graphic、$lack and white
:et graphi!
Fet graphic need ad%ust net si9e, better suited to material which is not high resolution,or the
laser is relatively slow to respond.
To get the appropriate net si9e, you can ad%ust resolution and net frequency of the image.
The higher resolution, the more delicate.
The higher net frequency,the smaller net si9e.The lower net frequency, the bigger net si9e.
3enerally, resolution of image is /DD : &DDD, and net frequency is 'D:IDlines.

5ot graphic performance of good grayscale , better suited to material which is high resolution,
and the laser responds fast.
