Field CrewsField Crews
Each team has one (or multiple) field crew volunteers (marked on the registration form)
It is the responsibility of the field crew coordinator and not the coaches to ensure the field is set-up– If your team plays the first game of the day – your field crew
needs to line the fields, set-up goals, flags, etc.– If your team plays the last game of the day – your field crew
needs to put the equipment away (and throw away left over trash)
– There are storage tubes/facilities at each field. (Try not to lose the locks)
IssuesIssues
Parking– We can lose our field permits because of parents parking
illegally (do not park on landscape, dividers, double parking, etc.) causing damage to landscape, sprinkler systems, etc.) and setting poor examples for our kids.
Bathrooms-None at Lyle; Supervise your kids Trash
– Everyone needs to pick up after themselves– AYSO garbage cans need to be emptied in dumpsters
and returned to storage sheds
End of SeasonEnd of Season
Assign a parent volunteer to collect the balls, equipment, goalie shirt, etc. at the end of the season and return to the truck;
Player ratings– Must be completed by the end of the season
Equipment and ratings must be returned before trophies and pictures are issued
