You can now log into RepairTrack by clicking on the link in the
email, on the registration page, or going back to
repairtrack.bosch-automotive.com

Once you submit the request for a new user account, you will
immediately receive an email with your password.
(You can change your password at any time by signing in
and clicking on the My Profile tab)

Click on the “Repair Return Auth” tab or the “Create RRA” button.4
5 Enter the address that the repaired product will ship back to.

Enter the item number to be serviced. You will need to
select an item from the drop down list. If the item does not
appear on the list, call 800-344-4013 or email
[email protected] for help.

Enter the Serial Number and if you are requesting service
for Warranty, Non-warranty, or Service Contract. Enter the
Date Purchased if known.

If the product can be serviced at Bosch, you will receive
Shipping Service options as shown above. Select the desired
shipping method and click on the “Submit” button in the
same section.
Note that if the product can not be serviced at Bosch, you will not be given the Shipping Service options, but a Technical Support number will be provided for additional assistance on service options.

If you want to create a UPS Return Label to send an item in for Repair:
If you want to request an Express Exchange or Loaner Tool:
The option will only show if an Express Exchange or Loaner
option is available on the tool. To request this option, select
the desired option and click on the “Submit” button in the
same section.

Click on the link to print or email the UPS return shipping
label.

If you selected to create a UPS Return Label to send an item in for Repair:
If you requested an Express Exchange or Loaner Tool:
Click OK to confirm your request. You should get a
confirmation note on the top of the page that Repair Return
Authorization Created successfully.

You will receive a UPS return shipping label. Email or Print out
this label and attached it to the product being sent in for repair.
Follow the instructions on the label. Note that certain products
require additional steps for shipping hazardous material.
Follow the instructions provided.
