• As you know, the average rainfall in the eastern Black Sea region is high. This situation causes floods and flash floods from time to time and there are material damage and loss of life.
• Therefore, an action plan including ÇEM, DSI, Municipalities, ProvincialSpecial Administrationsand GDF was carried out in order to prevent the sad events.
