BEFORE YOU BEGIN
- Android Auto™ features may operate differently than on your phone.- Message and data charges may apply when using Android Auto.
Please check with your carrier.- Android Auto relies on the performance of your phone. If you
experience performance issues: - Close all apps and then restart them or - Disconnect and then reconnect your phone- Using the micro USB cable that was provided with your phone is
recommended.- When Android Auto is active, your in-vehicle voice recognition
system is disabled and you will be using Google™ voice actions to make your requests.
1. Turn on Bluetooth® on your phone and connect the MICRO USB CABLE
to your phone and the USB port on the vehicle.
2. Phone will prompt you to download Android Auto app and other needed apps. If this prompt does not appear, your phone is not compatible. Touch OK
icon.

3. Select ON then touch the
HOME icon.
2. Touch the CONNECTIVITY icon.
1. Press the SETUP button.
4. Connect your Android phone to the vehicle USB port. Agree to the notification and disclaimers on your phone then the ANDROID AUTO icon will appear confirming the setup.
ANDROID AUTO organizes recent actions and information into simple cards on the Android Auto Home screen. Touching an actionable card will take you to the app.
Android Auto uses GOOGLE VOICE ACTIONS for many functions. A Google voice action session can be initiated on any screen by:
Touching the MICROPHONEicon on anyscreen or
Pressing and holding the steering wheel VOICE RECOGNITION button for more than 2 seconds
OVERVIEW
1. Touch the PHONE icon to access recent call list. You can initiate a voice action and then say CALL (NAME) or DIAL (NUMBER) to make phone calls from any screen.
OPTION Press the steering wheel: • CALL button for more than
2 seconds to dial last call made
• END button to end call
2. To end calls, touch the RED END CALL
icon or press the end call button on the steering wheel.

3. Touch the OPTIONS
icon to view additional settings (thumbs/down, etc).
1. Touch the MUSIC icon to access
Google Play Music and other 3rd party Music Apps.
2. Touch the Queue icon in
GOOGLE PLAY™ MUSIC to access recent playlists, mixes and queue songs.
Settings may vary by app.

NAVIGATION / CAR APPS
1. Touch the CAR APPS icon to access other
3rd Party Non Music Apps. Touch the
BLUE ARROW icon to exit Android
Auto.
2. Press and hold the steering wheel VOICE RECOGNITION button then state your destination or POI to activate a Google Search.
1. While in the Android Auto environment, touch the MAP icon to access Google Maps™.
3. Google Maps will display your destination and route options.
