Dear parishioners, Please mark your calendars for our Lenten Mission with Dominican Father Bill Garrott. He will preach all the Masses Feb 29/March 1st and the mission is a 7 pm March 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at 7 PM in the main church. Childcare will be provided. We’ve had discussions at our finance council and pastoral council about our finan-cial situation and the manner in which it is reported in the bulletin which leads to some confusion and disappointment about not making our goals. It seems we are going backwards rather than forward. The biggest problem is our monthly debt re-duction that shades everything else in a negative way. But don’t feel that way, because as a parish we are in fact winning when it comes to sacrificial giving. Of course, for our parish to eliminate our debt and grow our min-istries and for savings, we always need increases in giving. But you have been do-ing that and in this sense we are victorious. Here is an example of the increases.
