Samsung 20nm class Green DDR3 can enable your

Decrease power consumptionSamsung developed its Green Memory technology to tackle
the increased energy efficiency problems head-on. Switching
to Samsung’s new 20nm class Green DDR3, 4Gb 1.35V chip
provides a 67% power savings over its 50nm class, 2Gb 1.5V
DDR3 equivalent. This equates to a 15 percent power savings
at the system level. Higher density servers can gain even
greater power savings from Green Memory. Simply put, it
provides the best performance-to-power efficiency ratio on
the market. Reduced power consumption helps lower
electricity costs as well as maintenance expenses that would
otherwise have risen from increased rack utilization.
