Engagement Commitment
• Logic delivers facts
• Emotion drives action
• Engagement with those you intend to influence requires both facts and emotion
Why Engage?
In today’s health care environment physicians are perceived as more concerned with receiving the best pay than delivering the best care
Why Engage?
• Your work does not speak for itself
• You are often out of sight and out of mind
• You must make your concern for patients explicit
• Your concern for your patients will not be assumed
Mission Statement
We will give the care and compassion we'd want for our
families and ourselves
