developed in using feedback from cross functional team comprised of BHR and City bureau Project Team members.

WHY HCM PROCESSES AND FORMS? A module of SAP that allows us to:

Streamline and standardize Bureau processes, 1 initiator and 1 approver
Streamline and standardize BHR processes, 1 level of approval by Business Partner, final review and process by BHR HR and Payroll Services
Meet requirements for document retention, employee personnel files (HP Records Manager), and security authorizations
