SBR Resin and SB RubberSBR ResinHigh styrene content copolymer used to reinforce rubber compounds (SBR, EVA, NR, CR, BR, and EPDM, among others). It maintains the structure, high level of hardness, high modulus with good exibility, oering good tear and abrasion resistance maintaining the compounds’ low density. Notable improvement in the processing of the surfaces of calendered and extruded compounds, representing an excellent alternative to compounds with elevated mineral ller content.

SBR RubberSB Rubber is a styrene and butadiene compound, polymerized at hot or cold temperatures. SBR is considered a general-purpose rubber. It is used in applications such as shoe soles, adhesives, and technical artifacts.

S-6H PA 83 45

In granule form, it is used as a reinforcing agent.E.g.: Compact shoe soles, mechanical pieces and tires.

In powder form, it provides better dispersion and incorporation into microporous artifacts.Ex: Micropore soles and calendered artifacts.

S-6H

Packaging The S-6H copolymer is packed in 20 kg polyethylene packages, for a total of 600 or 700 kg per pallet.SBR rubber is sold in 33 kg bales wrapped in polyethylene lm and packed in cardboard boxes of about 1,200 kg

SBR Resin

General-purpose rubber for compounds with high loading content and to improve theprocessing. Helps to reduce shrinkage of calendered or injected artifacts.

Used to promote better dimensional stability.E.g.: Calendered artifacts, adhesives, shoe soles and ooring.
