I have graduated in Commerce and then passed Masters degree
in Personnel Management in the year 1977 and L L .B . in the
year 1980 from the Un ivers ity of Poona.

Toubro Ltd . Presently I am working with International
Computers Indian Mfg. Ltd . as Sr . Executive Personnel &
Welfare ;
Serving labour and watching their interests and habits with
patr iot ic zeal is inherent in my nature . I give due
attention to their problems and l isten to their grievances
with sympathy and pat ience . I have also developed the
capacity to find out the p ract ical ways of settl ing labour
problems. May times I have heard from the workmen in the
factory , from their family members and from their neighbours
who gather without inv itat ion on seeing the companys o f f ic e r
at the worker 's house on the survival of labour and their v ita l lead ersh ip .
I would l ike to study the labour leadership in theEngineering Industry in the Pune In d u st r ia l b e l t .
