SUBJECT: ORIENTATION ON GUIDELINES ON THE ENCODING OF SENIOR IDGH SCHOOL ENROLMENT FOR SECOND SEMESTER IN THE LEARNER INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2016-2017

AND DEPED ELECTRONIC CLASS RECORD AND FORM 137 FOR SENIOR IDGH SCHOOL

1. This office, through its School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD)-Planning andResearch Section and Information and Communications Technology Services will conductan orientation on DepEd Orders No. 70, s. 2016 (Guidelines on the Encoding of SeniorHigh School Enrolment for Second Semester in the Learner Information System for SchoolYear 2016-2017) and No. 69, s. 2016 (Provision of the DepEd Electronic Class Record andForm 13 7 for Senior High School), on 12 December 2016 (Monday) at Del Pilar Academy,8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2. The participants to this orientation are the School Heads and Registrars or LIS Coordinatorsof Public and Private Senior High Schools (2 participants per SHS).

3. They are advised to bring laptop, extension cord and pocket Wi-Fi.

4. Attached herewith is the program of the above mentioned activity.
