Note: In certain areas (MA, NYC, CA), sick leave laws require that our PTO plans have a ‘notification only’ feature rather than an approval feature. You will receive notifications that your direct reports are taking PTO and on what days, but no additional action will be needed in the system to ensure the time is saved to your direct report’s absence records.
