NeedsThis course is designed for physicians, trainees, and health professionals with interest or clinical practice in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. This course will serve as an update on the latest diagnostic and therapeutic issues in GI and Hepatology.
This program has been developed using a combination of lecture and case based curriculum designed to serve as an intensive review tool for GI and Hepatology Board Certification/ Re-Certification Examination in 2018.
Target Audience
Physicians, trainees, and health professionals with interest or clinical practice in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
ObjectivesAt the conclusion of the activity, participants should be able to:• Identify appropriate diagnostic testing and treatment for H.pylori infection• Interpret the results of Hepatitis B serologic testing and apply to determine appropriate treatment• Select the appropriate indications for use of biologic agents in IBD• Implement an evidence based algorithm for the evaluation of chronic diarrhea

The OCME reserves the right to limit the number of participants in an activity and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose registration is not con�rmed and for whom space is not available.

Cancellation/Refund PolicyRequests for registration refunds must be in writing and received by the OCME at least 10 business days before the activity begins. The date the request is received by the OCME will be considered the cancellation date. Requests received after the refund deadline will not be processed. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee deducted from the registration fee paid to cover guarantees and other expenses. Requests should be mailed to the OCME or faxed to 713.798.7955.
The OCME reserves the right to cancel activities, not less than 10 business days before the scheduled date, if extenuating circumstances make it necessary. Registrants will be noti�ed at the contact number indicated on the registration form followed by written noti�cation. If an activity is cancelled, OCME’s liability is limited to the registration fee paid. Note: If payment is made by check, a social security number is required to process the refund.
