• Birds a. Potentially bird nests may lie within the ROW,
specifically on bridge structures. b. In order to comply with the Migratory Bird Treaty Act
(MBTA), if a nest is known to occur on any structure that needs to be demolished, we need to put in place a system(s) that will discourage birds from building nests. Birds typically start building nests during the months of March through August, therefore these systems need to be installed during the months of January or February of 2017 if nests are observed in these areas where structures will be demolished.

Key Evaluation Factors
www.Drive288.com
Good relationships are based on a foundation of mutual trust, quality work, and integrity. Communication breeds long term relationships – The most important aspect of building long term relationships between General Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers is to ALWAYS keep an open line of communication. We strive to make sure that boundaries and expectations surrounding the relationship are clear to all parties involved. We recognize that our relationships with our Subcontractors and Suppliers, and our ability to collaborate with them effectively, play an enormous role in the success of the project. In every finished project, the quality of the project relies as heavily on the skill and integrity of our Subcontractors and Material Suppliers just as much as it does on our supervision and management of the work. When we ask you to bid for us, we know it isn’t just about us evaluating you. This is also your chance to evaluate us. So, to ensure we receive fair, honest, competitive bids, technical assistance during preconstruction, cooperation during construction, high quality workmanship and quality references, we also strive to meet your needs and expectations as our partner as well.
