• Using H&S at work as a theme, Gary received an hour’s tuition/week
• Over two year period (05/06) has achieved C&G 3792 Adult Literacy Certificate @ E3 and is now working towards L1

• Blended Learning Model (“Sure Skills” + regular tutorials with a SfL specialist)
• Support available if required from SfL buddies within LCC – trained to L2 (1st Unit of C&G 9295 + top-up training)
