Many Muslims scholars understands this verse as a

reference to him being like Moses a.s. - as prophesized

and recorded in the Book of Deuteronomy 18 : 18

THE PROPHET S.A.A.W. SAID:

THE PROPHET S.A.A.W. SAID:
