1. Good policies lead to active and widespread
consideration/implementation of Smart Mobility/ITS Technologies

implement (by transport organizations)

development (i.e. smart cities)
4. Good implementation plans (i.e. in smart city areas) help. Active
actors can be identified. Priorities can be made.
5. Performance evaluation has yet been conducted.
6. Preparation for emerging technologies is important!
