Chief Administrative Team (CAT)
CAT PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Leaders within SCOE are charged with two primary responsibilities, which are: O Developing, implementing, and keeping focus on our primary purpose and mission (what we
do) O Developing, enhancing, and improving the culture of our organization (how we do what we do)
There are multiple purposes to CAT in support of the organization. These purposes include: O Leadership development O Looking out for SCOE’s culture O Sharing information between departments O Identifying threats and opportunities O Enculturation of new leaders O Relationship building in support of our mission O Prevention and proactively responding to challenges O Maintain organizational focus in order to stay mission focused

MAC members are charged with two primary responsibilities:
O To develop, implement, and keep focused on our primary purpose and mission O To develop, enhance, and improve the culture of our organization
By attending MAC meetings, we are better prepared to carry out these two primary responsibilities through: O Leadership development O Collaboration and team building O Identifying challenges and opportunitiesO Identifying solutions and implementing changesO Being knowledgeable by department sharing and SCOE and district updatesMAC:
