Performed PC Refresh replacing approximately 5,570 devices across 581 sites in 10 markets across 4 weekends (8 days). PCM provided the project management and install services along with management of 512 different technicians throughout the engagement.
Performed end user device replacement in prepara;on for the Norton Healthcare EPIC deployment. This involved the deployment of more than 40,000 devices for 5 Hospitals, 15 Medical Office & Administra;ve Services Buildings and approximately 180 Ambulatory sites throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
In support of a bank acquisi;on, Installed new worksta%ons, copiers, mul%-‐func%on printers, network printers, and receipt printers in 21 bank office loca%ons (over 400 devices total). The installs were completed over a single weekend, u;lizing 23 individual technicians, with Day 1 support the following Monday.
