Dear colleagues, dear friends,
As President of the 21st European Congress of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, and as President of the European Society of PRM (ESPRM), it is our privilege and honour to invite you to join us in Vilnius, Lithuania.This important scientific event is organized by the ESPRM and the Lithuanian Society of PRM (LPMFR) in cooperation with the UEMS-PRM Section and Board and the European Academy of Rehabilitation Medicine.
The meeting will take place from 1 to 6 May 2018 at Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva, and it will be the second European Congress organized in accordance with the new rules and regulations of ESPRM.We are working hard to organise an outstanding scientific and educational congress to facilitate the spread and exchange of knowledge, skills and attitudes, between experts, researchers, clinicians and trainees, and aiming to continue developing the ESPRM and PRM in Europe.We will do our best for having the active participation of the most prestigious European and International professionals with clinical expertise and scientific recognition.
The Committees of the ESPRM will have a very active role in the scientific program in close collaboration with the UEMS-PRM Section and Board, the European Academy of Rehabilitation Medicine. The International Society of PRM (ISPRM) and other international PRM Organizations, including the Baltic - Nordic Forum of PRM, the Mediterranean Forum of PRM, the National Societies from Europe, will also be involved. We are very happy that we can count on the experience of the colleagues that organized the previous European Congresses.
The Associations of allied professionals and NGOs working on behalf of people with disabilities, will participate in this congress to help analyze models of comprehensive rehabilitation.
The social program will be carefully planned. You will feel warmly received in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Radisson Blu Hotel in Vilnius is perfectly located in the calm area just north of the river Neris, which makes it the perfect stay for all kinds of travelers who seek the magic of the Lithuanian capital. Within easy reach of many transport options, the ancient Vilnius University and the city center and Old Town. A bus stop is 100 meters from the hotel, while the train station is only 5 kilometers away.
GETTING TO RADISSON BLU HOTEL LIETUVA
Vilnius International Airport (VNO) is located 9 kilometers south of the city. From the airport, you can easily reach the railway stop via the pedestrian walkway from the airport terminal. In only 8 minutes, the train takes you from the airport to the train station in downtown Vilnius. Once you arrive at the train station, grab a taxi or jump on a bus that brings you north to Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva on Konstitucijos pr. 20. From the airport, you can also go by bus to the city center. TRANSPORT OPTIONS
The trolley buses and ordinary buses offer smooth transport when you wish to explore the city. The Vilnius travel planner helps you to navigate the city’s public transport system easily by providing information on routes and timetables, tickets, zone information and the best way to reach your destination.
TRAIN
About 5 km south of the hotel, the Vilnius train station is the junction when traveling to and from the center. Just outside the station, you can easily find a bus that takes you to Radisson Blu Lietuva on the other side of the river Neris. Buses leave the station frequently and the ride to the hotel takes about 20 minutes.
BUS
Buses go all over the capital and there’s a bus stop only 100 meters from the hotel, making it a great starting point when exploring the city.

BUILD-UP HEIGHTThe maximum building height for exhibit stands is 2.50m.
ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACESpace allocation will be made on a “first come, first served basis”. A completed application form accompanied by the first deposit payment should be e-mailed to ensure reservation of a desired location.Upon receipt of the application form with payment, space will be confirmed and an invoice for the balance due will be e-mailed. Please note that three alternative choices should be clearly indicated on the application form. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received. Advance payment will be refunded if space is fully booked or space offered is not acceptable to exhibitors.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
A 40% deposit of the total sponsorship will be invoiced on receipt of the completedSponsorship Booking Form, and due for payment upon receipt of the invoice to guarantee the reservation.
The final invoice will be sent by April 1, 2018 for immediate payment.
For sponsorship applications received after April 1, 2018 the total amount of the sponsorship will be paid in full upon signing of the respective contract.
