Night before you start take
1-2 drops of Peppermint EO

Each morning begin with the

quart of lukewarm water – drink it all

HEAVY COFFEE DRINKERS
- You might get a head discomfort of lack of caffeine on days 2-3 where the cleanse starts from top of the body. Drink more lemonade and use essential oils. Peppermint, PanAway, JuvaFlex, JuvaCleanse & Purification. This oil helps clean out the blood from toxins if taken by mouth 1-2 drops. Take 1 drop every 15 min until the discomfort is gone
STOMACH & BODILY DISCOMFORT - Soak in Epsom Salts & Clove oil. This helps draw out toxins through the skin

Day 1: 4oz of fresh Orange Juice mixed with 4 oz water. Drink 8oz that day, sip slowly. Dilute with water if needed
Day 2: Continue with the juice. In the evening make a vegetable broth from fresh produce. NO CANNED FOODS! Use beets, beet tops, turnips, turnip greens, kale, carrots, onion, parsley, celery, potatoes, okra, legumes, squash, beans, a little Himalayan salt, cayenne pepper and dehydrated vegetables. Cook lightly. Drink the broth eat only a few bites of the vegetables.
ENDING the Lemonade Fast cont…
Day 3:
Orange Juice in the morning. For noon have some soup you made with vegetables. NO MEAT, FISH, EGGS, PASTRIES, MILK,
BRAD, TEA or COFFEE! For dinner have the vegetables from the soup.
Day 4: Orange Juice or Lemon Juice and Maple Syrup in the morning. Fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds for lunch. Have a salad or fruit for dinner.
Day 5: Eat normally but no junk food, dairy, tea, coffee, white flour or white rice or heavy animal protein. If distress or gas occurs after eating food go back to the lemonade diet for a few days until the system is ready for food.
If abdominal discomfort occurs it might be gall stones. Go back on the Lemonade Diet and use warm compress of oils such: Ledum, Juva Cleanse & JuvaFlex
