Treasurer’s Report
The costs that the Homeowner’s Associ-ation are obligated to pay continue to increase, with the major costs being lia-bility insurance for the clubhouse, pool, parks, and general maintenance of the grounds and amenities such as the 2 playgrounds, tennis, handball, and bas-ketball courts.
Your Board of Directors works to be as conservative as possible concerning ex-penditures.
Due to the fiscally conservative nature of your board of directors, the dues will not change for the upcoming year. The man-datory maintenance dues will be $130.00 for the coming year.
Clubhouse and pool are located at: 8100 NW 70th Avenue
