Dresses for Uganda Update: 1/16/18
Dear St. Bridget Sewing Ministry,
What a pleasant surprise your letter of last December 6th was when it arrived here this afternoon. Now we know precisely who the kind of people are behind the dresses. Thank you very much, they will be sent as soon as possible to Lodonga in North Uganda on the South Sudanese border where some of our SVD confreres and SSpS sisters have a base for working in the refugee camps.
The dresses are beautiful and will brighten up the rather bleak landscape of the refugee settlements.
God Bless you are for this wonderful initiative.
Sincerely yours in the Divine Word, Michael August Blume, SVD Titular Archbishop of Alessano, Apostolic Nuncio
