Congratulations to our First Communicants who received their First Holy Communion last Saturday. May they stay close to the Lord in the Eucharist all their days, strengthened and nourished by his food and drink. From Connie Lloyd, Director of Your Neighbor’s House: Our local community donated over 8,000 pounds of food in the first quarter of this year. During this same time period, we served 736 families, which averages 187 youth under the age of seventeen, 320 adults, and 156 seniors each month. The difference each of you make by your monetary donations as well as the monthly food drive donations continues to help us do the ministry we have been called to do. From our hearts to yours we say “Thank you and God bless each of you.” De Connie Lloyd, directora de la casa de su vecino: Nuestra comunidad local donó más de 8,000 libras de alimentos en el primer trimestre de este año. Durante este mismo período de tiempo, atendimos a 736 familias, con un promedio de 187 jóvenes menores de diecisiete años, 320 adultos y 156 adultos mayores cada mes. La diferencia que cada uno de ustedes hace por sus donaciones monetarias, así como las donaciones mensuales de recaudación de alimentos, continua ayudándonos a realizar el ministerio al que hemos sido llamados.
