Your User Name is your employee ID number preceded by a lowercase h and a
zero. Example, h0123456.
If you have a seven digit employee ID number, your User Name is preceded by a
lowercase h only. Example, h1234567.

These “bread crumbs” allow you to see how you navigated to the information.
In this example, we started from the Home page then clicked the “My Benefits Enrollment” navigator, then clicked the “Open Enrollment” link or “book.”
