Superintendent qualifications Company: • By legislation/Law No requirements/criteria • B2B Accreditations of commodity institutes such as
GAFTA, FOSFA (Superintending schemes), PORAM, NOFOTA and others
• Standards Minimum level ISO 9001:2008
Surveyor level: • Education and training by Shipping and Transport College, Nautical
Institutes plus specialists such as agronomists, civil engineers and veterinarians

They are compelled to maintain a security system covering the full process. Such systems must be based on HACCP, which systematically searches for critical points that influence the end product (Hygiene Codes)
