Bikini Body Banana BreadMakes approximately 8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 scoop of Premier Protein Chocolate Powder1 ¼ cups of oat flour3 teaspoons ground cinnamon½ cup granulated sugar OR ¼ cup honey½ cup walnuts1 ½ teaspoons baking powder½ teaspoon baking soda3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract2 large egg whites½ cup unsweetened apple sauce3 over-ripe bananas, mashed¼ cup milk or milk substitute (soy or almond milk)
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 350°F
Mix chocolate protein powder, oat flour, cinnamon, sugar OR honey,walnuts, baking powder and baking soda

In a separate bowl, mix vanilla extract, egg whites, apple sauce, bananasand milk
Slowly mix ingredients together
Spray 9" bread dish with non-stick Pam cooking spray
Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes
Let cool for 10 minutes
