CoachingCourse

A. AllparticipantsagreetoabidebytheGeneralRulesandConditionsfor

theuseofthevenue.

B. Allparticipantstakepartattheirownrisk.

C. TableTennisEnglandreserves the right toamendthecourse/workshop timetable, the

tutorand/orthevenuetosuittheneedsofthecourse/workshop.

D. Table Tennis England reserves the right to cancel the course/workshop. Participants

bookingontoacourse/workshopconsenttotableTennisEnglandcontactingthemafter

thecoursewithinformationaboutrelevantTableTennisEnglandproductsandoffers.

E. Alllearnersmustbe16oroveronthefirstdayofaLevel1courseor18oroverforalevel

2course.Unfortunately,thereisnonegotiationonthis,asthisisarequirementsetbythe

awardingbody1stSport;weareunabletoregisterlearnerswiththemwhofallunderthis

age.

F. AlllearnersmustsignuptotheCoachingPortal7dayspriortocoursecommencement.

FailuretosignupthroughPortalwillnotsecureyourspotonthecourse.

G. IfalearnerhasanyspecialrequirementsthismustbecompletedviathePortal.

H. Itisalearner’sresponsibilitytoupdatetheirpersonalinformationviathePortal.

ParticipantCancellationandTransferPolicy

a. Ifyouhavetocancelyourplaceonthecoursemorethan14dayspriortothestartdate

ofthecourse,tableTennisEnglandwillgiveyouafullrefund.

b. Ifyoucancelyourplacelessthan14dayspriortothestartdateofthecourse,norefund

willbeoffered,unlessinexceptionalcircumstances(evidenceofsuchcircumstancesmay

berequired).

c. IfthecourseiscancelledbyTableTennisEngland,analternativecoursewillbeofferedor

afullrefundissued.
