growth and development. Our core business is in the recruitment of
highly- specialised engineering and operations personnel, usually
at mid to senior level. Additionally, we support the engagement of
over 250 contractors worldwide as well as a number of executive
search mandates. Headquartered in London, we have progressed in 5
years from a single site business to a global operation. We have
regional centres in London, Manchester, Houston, Dubai and Midland.
Additionally we have fully-operational project offices in Erbil,
Mexico, Bucharest and Calgary. We recently acquired a business
license in Kuala Lumpur with intentions to launch a regional centre
in late 2015. Our growth, despite progressive, has been modest and
in-tune with our clients and their growth. We have 45 recruitment

13. Pricing Structure Executive Search/Retained vacancies
PERMANENT SELECTION 11 Pricing Breakdown: When engaging with Tec
Group for Executive search we work on a retained search basis. A
breakdown of the retained search is listed below: 1. During the
assignment brief, both parties will agree upon package range for
the vacancy. The maximum salary available is the figure used to
calculate the retainer. 2. The retainer will be paid in three equal
instalments. The full package figure will be calculated at 30% and
the retainer figure is agreed upfront. 3. Upon full agreement of
the assignment brief, Both parties will counter-sign an engagement
contract and the first of three invoices will be raised and is
payable within 14 days. 4. Upon completing the search and
submitting profiles the second instalment of the retainer and is
payable within 14 days. 5. Once the interview process is complete,
TGI will consult through the offer process and we will then
collaborate to release the offer of employment to your chosen
candidate(s). 6. The last and final instalment will be invoiced
upon the chosen candidate starting with the business. 7. The first
two invoices on the retainer are non-refundable. 8. The final
invoice is refundable based on our standard rebate period. Value
