been very hard at work with this
play, memorizing many lines and
getting their characterization
down. This play will be a big suc-

very dedicated to their parts.

Hebron High Art Club likes to have fun! They got to-
gether for a Halloween party on October 25, 2013
and used their artistic abilities to carve some pumpkins
and eat some snacks while socialize with fellow mem-
bers. It looks like they had a lot of fun and were able
to display some very creative looking works of art.

"Americans consume over 29 billion
bottles of water per year. Only 13%
are recycled."
Schools from Porter County who partici-
pated in the project will have their work
displayed at the Porter County Govern-
ment Administration Building from No-
vember 11 - December 13. This coincides
with America Recycles Day, Nov 15th and
calls attention to the availability of recy-
cled latex paint to people who live in
Porter County. Online voting will take
place from Nov. 14-22 at
www.ItMeansTheWorld.org to select a
winner from the participating schools.
The winner will be announced on Dec.
1 and the school with the most votes
will win a bench made out of recycled
milk jugs. There is only one vote per

Hebron HS Art Club Students recently
participated in the Recycled Latex Paint
School Art Contest sponsored by the
Recycling and Waste Reduction District
of Porter County. They were given a
panel (2'x7') and an assortment of recy-
cled latex paint, and only using the
paints that we were given, were told to
create a mural with a recycling theme.
They chose plastic water bottles as their
theme and included an image of the
water bottle, the recycling symbol over
an image of the Earth and then included
Gabby

some of
the food.
