The Imbayakunas
The Imbayakunas are a group that highlight the wondrous sound of the Andes. Each musician is
from Ecuador and shares a love of performing. Their music continues to evolve and can be
described as a World Music fusion between traditional Andean sounds and contemporary Latin
rhythms.
The music of The Imbayakunas is infectious; Latin American and North American audiences
alike are drawn to their traditional mix of pan flutes, guitar, violin charango and drums. Through
their work over the years, they have become the best known local presenters of Andean music
in Canada. The group has been touring Canada for the past 19 years. Audiences have enjoyed
their music in various provinces in Canada, as well as in Dubai. The music is a mix of traditional
Andean and contemporary Latin sounds. In 2014 and 2017, the group won the Aboriginal
People's Choice Award in the category of "Best International Aboriginal Music Release".

“In Living Cover” is a 6-piece cover band that has been performing in the Toronto music scene
for the past four years. The group has entertained crowds at some of Toronto's top live music
venues including the Cadillac Lounge, The Underground Garage, and has become a regular
attraction at The Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer. Consisting of Jamie Gutfreund

Miss & Mr Asia Canada 2018
The Miss Asia pageant, originating in 1985, is the world’s largest Asian oriented beauty pageant
and the world’s fourth largest beauty pageant, offering a grand prize of 3 million dollars (HKD).
The final competition is held in Hong Kong. Semi-final competitions are held annually all over
the world. The winner of each semi-final will be entered into the final competition in Hong
Kong. It aims to unite all Asian communities and exhibit each group’s cultural qualities.
The winner of the Miss Asia Toronto title receives an all expenses trip paid to Hong Kong.
Moreover, she will enter into the Miss Asia Final in Hong Kong for an opportunity to win the
grand prize of 3 million dollars (HKD).

Sofia Blu
This 14-year-old vocalist from Blue Mountain-Collingwood has trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical
and musical theatre, and is now pursuing a career in song and dance. Sofia Blu is very active in
local community productions performing for the Kiwanis Music Festival and Collingwood Sing
Club, a local singing ensemble. A multi-instrumentalist, Sofia Blu plays piano, guitar and
composes much of her own music.
Orchestra Toronto
The Orchestra Toronto is a collective group of dedicated, passionate musicians that blend
together to create the beautiful sounds that is symphonic music. Orchestra Toronto plays a full
range of repertoire and has grown to more than 80 players which has lead them to become

Grenville Pinto
Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Grenville (a.k.a. ‘G’) has been playing the violin since the
age of seven. His musical abilities have been nurtured from a young age with continuous
recitals and performances that have resulted in his love for the stage and entertaining others.
Now residing in Toronto, Grenville performs internationally at special events and concerts.

HUTTCH
Amongst the blanket-covered walls and strung lights of a basement in Windsor, Ontario, an
indie rock power trio known as HUTTCH was formed in 2014. Drawing influences from bands
such as Hollerado and Yukon Blonde, their music is a blend of danceable fast paced rock with a
psychedelic touch. With gear spiffed up in vibrant Aztec patterns, these three amigos look to
hone a new genre called "blanket-rock." Each show tries to bring a sort of wild comfort to the
stage, reminding their audience to relish in life’s simple, audio pleasures.

Arlene Paculan
Paculan creates soulful pop with passion. The Filipino-Canadian’s debut album, “Everything
Begins with Love,” has been embraced by CBC Radio. Arlene was named the runner-up for
NOW Toronto Magazine’s Best Songwriter for 2015 and was in the Top 10 Regional Finals for
CBC’s Searchlight Contest in the same year. She has performed across Canada, Los Angeles,
New York, England, Scotland, Holland, and France.
As Executive Producer for her company, Let’s Make Good Productions (LMG), she produces
many events including WonderFest, which showcases local talent and offers free workshops to
all ages. The goal of LMG is to spread empowerment through art. For this, she was awarded
2014’s Hazel McCallion Volunteer of the Year MARTY Award in acknowledgment of her work
encouraging others to be creative in their daily lives.

Lori Lamarche
Lori Lamarche is an Aboriginal First Nations singer who enjoys performing music of all genres.
From folk to opera, classical to classic rock, Lori Lamarche does it all. She has attended multiple
festivals in Canada and the US over the years. She has performed at music festivals, talent shows,
weddings, radio appearances, and much more! An interesting fact about Lori Lamarche is that
she performed at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics as an Indigenous Artist. She has even
sung the Canadian and American National Anthem at a Blue Jays game at the Rogers Centre, as
well as Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts.
Caitlin Claessens with Bob Gee
Caitlin Claessens is an experienced musician and vocalist, performing with her guitar in venues
throughout the western hemisphere. With many years of live performance under her belt–
whether with bands or solo–Caitlin can command an audience just about anywhere. She has
played on Norwegian Cruise Lines and from fancy parties to dive bars, but her favorite venue is
on the New York City subway platform. Her vocals have been featured in various medias,
including Super Bowl commercials. She is also the narrator and vocalist for Tree Top Family,
which is Skyship Entertainment’s new series. Armed with a diverse repertoire of original songs
and covers, Caitlin’s engaging sets are a force to be reckoned with. Bob Gee is a life-long music
lover and musician. He supports Caitlin with banjo, guitar, and beautiful harmonies.

Sheer Heart Attack Sheer Heart Attack is a talented band that specializes in paying homage to the 1970’s hit band,
Queen. This band is named after Queen’s 3rd studio album which was released in 1974. The
band is made up of 5 talented individuals, Enrique Segura who is the lead vocalist, Steve
Zukowsky the lead guitarist, Jeffery Maxwell-Shapiro on the drums and assisting with backing
vocals, Doug Richardson playing the bass guitar, and Victor Garcia playing the keyboards, 2nd
rhythm guitar, and backing vocals. This wildly talented band conquers all the aspects of Queen
when it comes to the live representation of the “many moods of Queen.”

Dr. Draw

Sabrina
Sabrina Soares debut 2016 EP “Plan A” is a beautiful blend of jazz, country, pop, and the
colourful rhythms of Brazilian music that reflects her unique heritage. Sabrina grew up singing
bossa nova along side her father before tackling the art of writing her own songs at the young
age of 13. Sabrina mixes her dairy entry style lyrics with her self-taught ability of playing the
guitar. After high school Sabrina turned music into a full-time career in order to be active in the
music scene of her home city of Sydney, Australia. Now, as a new resident of Canada, Sabrina
took the plunge of moving to Toronto to conquer the next stage in her music career. She’s only
got a Plan A: she’s all in, and you will be too.
